Processing Time

All orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours of being placed (excluding Sundays and public holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order leaves our facility.

Delivery Time

Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 3–6 business days, depending on your location. Remote areas may take slightly longer.

Shipping charges, if any, are calculated and shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Packaging

Because saffron, honey, and dry fruits are premium, delicate products, every order is carefully packed to protect freshness and prevent damage in transit.

Order Tracking

You'll receive a tracking link by email/SMS once your order ships. If you haven't received tracking information within 48 hours of placing your order, please contact us.

Undeliverable / Incorrect Address

Please double check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
