Return & Refund Policy
We want you to feel confident ordering from SaffronTownKashmir&Co. Please read our return and refund terms carefully, as saffron, honey, and dry fruits are consumable food products.
Damaged, Leaking, or Wrong Item
Please inspect your parcel at the time of delivery. If the package arrives visibly damaged, leaking, or you were sent the wrong item, do not accept the delivery — refuse it at the door and it will be returned to us automatically. Once a parcel has been accepted from the courier, we are unable to process a claim for transit damage, so please check before accepting.
Unopened Product Returns
If you simply change your mind, unopened and unused products in their original, sealed packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- The return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
- Opened or used food items cannot be accepted back for return, for hygiene and food-safety reasons.
No Refunds After Dispatch (General Policy)
Outside of the two situations above, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges once an order has been dispatched. Because our products are perishable food items, we're unable to accept returns simply due to taste preference or change of mind on opened products.
